It is with great pride and genuine pleasure that I write this letter of thanks. I originally had a well-known tire retailer mount a new set of tires on my BMW wheels. During the installation, one of the wheels was cracked. Unfortunately, not only did they refuse to repair the damage, but they would not even acknowledge responsibility. After searching for a reputable wheel repair specialist, I came across Ralph’s Tire & Wheel Repair online and decided to give them a chance. The reviews did not disappoint. Over the years, I have owned and worked with hundreds of vehicles and have had quite literally hundreds of interactions with shops across the automotive industry. In all of those experiences, my interaction with Ralph and his shop stands head and shoulders above the rest. Went to another tire shop and turned out my rim was bent , they siliconed it (patched it) my tire wasnt holding air and told me they couldnt help me. I looked up rim repair and this shop popped up. (On a sunday) Had great reviews , they fixed my rim super fast and the owner and owners wife were super friendly. Work was great ! Would highly recommend.

Reply to your reply: Im not the expert, that's why I asked you. You as the "expert" should have never taken the job. Three other "experts" refused to balance the wheel you fixed and told me you should have never touched that wheel. But you took my cash anyway and you don't want to do the right thing and refund me. That cracks sits exactly where the rim needs to bend the most while driving and by soldering it, you have put me in danger using it. Thankfully, I have not put it on my car. If I had and gotten into an accident, you would be in deep legal trouble. _______________________________ Paid cash to have a rim repaired yesterday. The crack ran parallel to the inner barrel right along the high-stress spoke channel. After picking it up, multiple tire shops refused to even touch or balance the wheel, stating it is physically warped from the weld heat and a severe safety hazard for a passenger vehicle. When I asked for a refund, the owner refused. Check the photos of the weld quality and pinholes for yourself before trusting this shop with your safety.

If I could give Ralph's tire shop more stars I would! I arrived right after opening. I was greeted immediately and was told it would take a few hours for him to fix the bend and crack in my rim. It only took a little over an hour. Ralph did an excellent job! Both he and his wife are very professional. Their prices are also the best around. I will be recommending them to everyone!

Audi RS7 owner here. Went to Ralph’s Tire Shop And Rim Repair because I had a slow leak and was under the impression I had a bent rim. Ralph the owner showed me right then and there I had cracked rim (repaired from a previous shop/owner). Ralph explained the process of repairing the rim, and not only that, but that he would guarantee the split would not reopen in the future, compared to other novice rim repair shops who do half ass jobs. The best part… the process was smooth, and he got me up and running in matter of minutes. Audi owners, and car enthusiasts… repair your rims with peace of mind. Price is affordable and the service is awesome!
